I checked records on app after vacation, was clear and right records.
After couple months I checked records again, and I'm very surprised! My vaccination recors is changed.
Someone change vaccination from Moderna to Phizer! Why? Who able to do that at all? Or it's legal to change records just like that?- easy. So I hightly reccomend to check your health records regularly and keep original documents of any health documents. It's just ridiculous.
