        Doctor got letter off specialist day before our appointment, and while with doctor he doesn't mention it he send a text 30 mins later, receptionist talk to you with so much attitude like they can't wait for there shuft to be over so they can go.         Worst service ever, they never answer there phone, and when waiting in que after 2 minutes it cuts off, been few times and everything is going down hill, avoid being patient at all cost.

        Dr Hoque is the best doctor there is at this practice however the reception staff are very rude and are not very willing to help. They do not answer questions in a polite tone and instead just stare at your face like you're from another planet (this has happened multiple times.)
