Pathetic excuse of a GP surgery. GP's are fine but the receptionists think they are the consultant doctors and pipe up and speak to you like they know everything. Receptionists seriously need changing. Rude staff who will sit and listen to the phone ring for ages and not answer. Disgraceful GP surgery, disgusting manners by the receptionists when you do finally get through after 20 minutes of 'your call is number 1'. Absolutely shocking.

Just thought Id leave a review after seeing all the negative feedback being posted here. Ive had a great experience with this practice and have been treated professionally. Thats because I treat them with respect. Certain things can be better but thats an issue with the overall healthcare system in the U.K. I get people are ill or in a bad way but you need to understand where the issues lie. Rather than coming on a public place to say the stuff they are saying. People think the world revolves around them and their needs come before everyone elses. I know this is a harsh thing to say but the reality is, this issue is affecting every aspect of the healthcare system. This isnt just isolated individual practices. Every practice has finite resource so cant just see everyone as and when people want. The amount of people a practice would cover is insane compared to the volume of doctors/staff a practice has. The receptionists are the front line, people are saying the way the receptionists act, is like theyve gone to medical school, what are u expecting? The doctors to sit at the reception? They convey the doctors messages because they cant sit at reception, as theyre seeing patients. If youre that upset then get private medical care, see where that takes you. All this anger needs to be directed at the government who have made a dogs dinner out of the whole healthcare system.

Disgusting doesnt even describe this practice. You cant say anything without the receptionists piping up like they own the practice and refusing to deal with anything. If it was possible to give them a minus, I know many people would. The CQC really need to take a good look at this practice and shut it down. Patient care is not a priority for this surgery. All the receptionists need replacing at this surgery. No compassion, no willingness to help. The only thing they know to say is I will not continue with this call if you continue being violent regardless of whether or not youre being violent. With zero qualifications in the medical field, they think they can decide the urgency of your medical condition in terms of whether or not you need to be seen and how soon you need to be seen. Patient conditions will only get worse if its left to these receptionists to decide if and when you can have an appointment. Mohua Chowdhury, CHANGE YOUR RECEPTIONISTS or teach them how to do their jobs PROPERLY.
