M60 Dental Care

I can only offer you my many years of experience with this dental practice and nothing else. A true honest review - the other reviews on here seem to be a work of fiction. Reception staff seem relatively pleasant on occasion (if they bother to answer the phone). I've seen three different dentists at this dental practice, all are abysmal and will do the bear minimum just to get the next victim into the chair. If you want to waste your time and money, in getting a sub-standard level of service for your teeth, then this is the place for you. Dental cleaning is a joke and is rushed (if actually conducted). Teeth pulling and poor dental work seem to be there specialty - anything to make a quick buck. Covid process seems decent enough, unfortunately the main practice of dentistry isn't so great. You've been warned, good luck if you decide to go ahead anyway..

Can't thank m60 dental practice enough they had to cancel my appointment after explaining how much pain I was in they told me to come to the surgery and they would try and get me in, was seen by a dentist within minute's all the staff are helpful friendly and supportive thank you.

Took my 2 kids today for their first check up. No waiting times. We where greated with warm smiles from 2 lovely young ladies. The dentist I think was called Rob was lovely, gentle and kind, very reassuring. Then clare who did the cleaning side was lovely and friendly. Gave us a little gift pack to take home to encourage brushing, had little colouring pages in my daughter was thrilled..made the whole dentish experience seem fun and not daunting to them. Great dentist.

Have been a patient for many years. I can honestly say that I wouldnt go anywhere else. All the are staff and Dentist are amazing.

Staff are excellent from the moment you walk in and out ..Had tooth extraction and was excellent and well looked after...put my trust back into going see the dentist ..looking forward to my next visit for my check up .. keep up the good work M60 !! Tried another appointment ....Desk staff are shocking , put phone down as they could not understand my shift work pattern , shame as the dentist is good , desk staff need training to understand people skills, you would not talk to me in person like you do over the phone , all about money first , patient second ..disgusted when thought i could trust
