I'm appalled by the behaviour of the owner here. I sent my son to buy grocery and he was accused of shoplifting when trying to purchase some shopping. I'm not impressed at all! I would avoid going to this shop for anything. They are rude and bang out of order. He came home upset. Never have I dealt with such rude people in my life. I was so disappointed that I returned the goods.

Lovely family run convenience store located in Holts. V reliable customer And community centered service, only free cash machine in the area!! Anyone saying these guys arent good clearly your hating haha! Grow up :)

Very rude lady, went for my son's bus pass and the woman behind the till who is the new owner, she kept on swearing, had no manners on how to talk to a customer. horrendous customer service. Avoid this shop. Strange the owner now says they have no record or recollection of the experience.. that is laughable. unfortunately they dont even remember how many other people they have disrespected on the estate. Forget about investigating further hope you teach the lady some manners I think that would be enough.
