DO NOT USE! Absolute fraud. To say Masqood is a cowboy builder is an understatement. Don't know where he learnt his 'trade' I would probably suggest from watching youtube tutorials. I think what speaks for itself is that he left his own 5 star google review not realising it says his name - Maqsood Bhatti.If you want someone to rip you off, never turn up but constantly pester you for money with ridiculous excuses then this service is the one for you. Complete joker.

Dont pay bills and dont answer phone, absolute scumbags. Dont deal with these frauds unless you want ripping off

Mr maqsood came and gave me a reasonable quote for flagging, installation of composite decking, turfing a lawn and creating a seating area. His quote was reasonable. However he quoted 2 weeks to finish the job. It took over two months! (And counting) And since then he has left. I have tried to contact him a number of times as he hasnt finished off the finishing of the flags, he hasnt fixed the lighting in the decking and a few other bits. Closer inspection revealed that the flags are all not level. We have puddles of water gathering. He also made us buy the composite decking ourselves as he couldnt source the one that was promised so we ended up paying more and also asked us to pay upfront for an unfinished job. I had to beg me maqsood to keep coming and finish off the job but he had other jobs which took priority. Weeks would pass with false promises and excuses. As he is now ignoring My messages I have had to pay extra and will get someone else to finish off the job. Also the decking underneath the ground wasnt sealed and already weeds are starting to grow a few weeks later. I would definitely NOT hire this tradesman again and would urge others to pay slightly more for a better job. If anyone wants to get in touch and see pictures I would be willing to show.

Very quick and efficient, did exactly as I asked...replaced and built a new extended fence and gate for my back garden at a reasonable price!

Do not deal with these frauds been trying to get hold of them for skip payment for over 3weeks keep promising payment and then no answer absolute joke of a company. Ring and pay or drop money and I will remove the review
