Lack of customer service and rude attitude. Have emailed the drawings 2 weeks back and politely chased few times and every time I chase answer from Luke Greaves is yes working on it will get back to you tomorrow or soon. Luke you are not helping Kristian Greaves. Luke you should focus on operations and marketing of your business. Your 1st approach to customer isnt friendly. I would have been happy to talk to a businessman who is happy to do with business like ours.

Would definitely recommend KG, they have just finished building our new single storey extension and completed some indoor alterations to the ground floor. Although only a small extension it was a big thing for us and we wanted to get it right. We were very cautious about choosing a builder but in the end we feel made the right choice. Kristian and Luke were both very patient and helpful with all our queries and dealt with everything in a very professional manner. They always informed us of what they were doing and when and always let us know if they couldn't come for any reason. They have a great team and everyone involved worked really hard and were always pleasant and polite. Thanks again Kristian and Luke and to everyone involved for a job well done. We are very happy with the work and very glad we chose KG!
