Coffee Expression

Coffee expression took 450 to fix my la pavoni, Failed the first time, it ran in the red constantly and leaked, They then had it back and when it came back to me it was even worse, the body moved on the base, I had to then have it repaired again at my cost by a component engineer. The engineer who eventually fixed the machine advised me CE had removed the pressure regulator and returned it to me, in a potentially dangerous state. UPDATE: I have a full refund, after threatening legal action and contacting the hse although he dragged it out to mediation and was still unwilling to accept responsibility. Cowboys from hell.

How nice to have two lads, Steve and Ben, who so obviously love their work. I had my ECM Synchronika serviced and repaired on site today and I was totally impressed by the attention to detail and care given to my machine. The espresso that came out after the machine and grinder had been fine tuned had the biggest Crema I had ever achieved !! Real pleasure to deal with and they will certainly get my repeat business when needed. Keep it up Guys !!

Purchased a refurbished machine from Steve and Ben and received excellent customer service. Recently I needed a new part and they immediately sent it out on next day delivery and super helpful to make sure I was back up and running straight away so business could continue.
