Just bought an F-pace off Danny and I am over the moon with it. No pushy sales guy selling you the world then fobbing you off just an honest, friendly service and I had so many questions he went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed before making my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Autos North West and would definitely purchase again.

Avoid this dealership! They do not honour their warranty. Quick enough to contact you when they need to be paid! Phone calls ignored, messages ignored! Avoid!!!!!

In September of 2022 I bought a Range Rover Evoque from Danny at autos northwest when the car arrived the hazards did not work something which is is a legal requirement especially given that they claim they done a full MOT and service on the vehicle prior to me receiving it, the automatic hand brake, lane assistance and auto stop start also did not work, I made Danny aware of this and he didn't arrange for the car to be collected until December after the power steering had failed in the car as well as other sensors etc. I got my car back on January 2nd where it wasn't until he gave me the car back he told me that the issues with the hazards were not fixed due to waiting from a part from land rover, fair enough, however no other issues other than the power steering had been fixed, something I only discovered when I started driving the car again, it is now the end of march 2023 and I am still trying to get them to rectify the issues with the car, and I am almost never able to get in touch despite phone almost every day on Danny's personal number and to autos northwest themselves, so disappointed with the service I have been given would never buy a car from them again and would suggest that no one goes near them

I have no idea how this company manages to sell vehicles, they never answer a phone, never reply to a voice mail,never answer there mobile phone Never reply to emails, I can now understand why the car I was wanting to purchase has been up for sale for over 9 weeks, The only reason that I can think of why the dont answer there phones, they probably think it another customer complaining Unbelievable way to run a business

Amazing service from these guys. Communication was flawless, there was a slight hitch with my reservation payment (nobody's fault), and these guys chased everything up, kept me right in the loop and got it sorted in no time. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, they made everything so easy, which is handy for somebody like me who isn't the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars! Trustworthy, professional, you couldn't go wrong
