I bought a Vauxhall Corsa for my son, and I can honestly say I have never had such an experience buying a car. From the very first phone call to viewing the car, Mo was honest patient and very helpful with information about the car without making us feel like he was hard selling it. The test drive wasn't just up the road and back but a proper drive. The after service we received was definitely second to none, and I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. Great team, great service, and a great car. And one very happy son.

We bought a skoda octavia from Mo back in September. While Mo was pleasant and not pushy at the time of purchase, unfortunately we have had nothing but trouble with the car since. On the journey back from collecting the car the coolant and tyre pressure warning lights came on. The leak from the coolant system is persistent, there is a loud rattle on the suspension, a warning light is on for a number plate light being out when its not (we have reset this several times) and now the main engine warning light is on. Perhaps we got unlucky,and we expected some level of problems with a second hand car, but our purchase is a constant stream of problems. Will buy more local next time

Bought my little car from here and the service I have received especially from Mo has been brilliant! I had a few small issues which Mo has dealt with straight away. Outstanding customer service - will definitely return in the future. Couldnt recommend this dealership enough. Brilliant. Couldnt be happier with my car! 5 star plus!!

What an amazing experience I had from Mo and one of his colleagues, Jay. The excellent customer service began before I even reached the dealership. I contacted Mo to let him know I was nearing the tram stop and Mo instantly insisted on getting a colleague to retrieve me from the station as he didn't want me walking in the cold. NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL GOING THE EXTRA MILE! I was picked up in the stunning Volvo V40 I was looking to purchase and was instantly asked if I wanted to test drive it. I couldn't resist and agreed. The car drove flawlessly and Jay swiftly answered any questions I had about the car. When we arrived at the dealership I was taken inside and treated with great customer service. I was instantly offered a hot drink and a warm place to sit. The paperwork side of the deal was moved along very quickly as Mo walked me through every single detail about the car, the car was thoroughly checked by Mo and his team to ensure the car was immaculate which is certainly was. I was at the dealership no more than 30 minutes and sent on my way extremely happy and satisfied with not only the product I was sold but with the AMAZING customer service I had received. I would give this feedback 10 stars if I could. Amazing products and amazing people who always look to put customers first. Thank you very much team, I hope to do more business with you guys in the future.
