Reporting Concern
Sorry to inform that Excel Merchants have very unprofessional staff with lack of knowledge and information for selling their products. We bought a door letter box and tried to enquire about the product from the sales person. We tried to check the product and measurements but to no avail. We thought and trusted that he'd check and sell us the correct product. While selling the product the salesman told us that although it's a hardware product it can't be returned or re-funded which seemed a bit strange., as it wasn't a personal use product. He gave us a receipt too.
What we gathered was that they're just making their own money but customer satisfaction, reviews or trust is the last of their concerns. The Oldham Council might need to look into this as I feel this issue needs reporting as it's unfair. towards customers.
