Terrible company. Ordered a part which arrived over two weeks late and was the wrong one. They promised a replacement which never arrived. Stopped responding to messages. For the first time had to fight for a refund through PayPal. Buyers beware!

I dont know what their game is. The item I ordered didnt arrive. They didnt reply to my emails and their phone line was disconnected. I opened a PayPal dispute which finally resulted in my item being posted a month late. By this time I had already ordered, received and used the same item from another company, so I returned the item. After waiting a long time with no refund, no replies and a disconnected phone line, I opened another dispute with Paypal in the hope of getting a refund. If you want similar service, here it is.

Online customers, beware! Recently I almost got scammed by this bike shop. I spent over a month just to get my money back from them. I had to get Paypal to stepped in, to force them to provide my refund. Thank you very much Paypal! Their modus operandi is; delaying us! Once we have placed an order through their website, they will keep on quiet for long time. I had to phone them many times just to get hold of them to ask about my order status. When we ask for parcel tracking number, then they will provide a fake tracking number. (A live parcel tracking number for someone else's address, not to the buyer's address). Note that we cannot see the delivery address on the online parcel tracking page unless if we try to contact the parcel company directly (e.g. Parcelforce) through phone or email. CTBikes will try to delay us as long as possible with their "re-assuring" words that the item will arrive very soon or they promise to talk to the parcel company to sort this out. The problem is here, we cannot be sure if they have actually send the item or not. Then if we offer to collect the item physically from their store, they will give excuses such as the item is not ready or etc. If you look at the return policy on their website, they have order cancellation period of 7 days and exchange period of 14 days. So be mindful of this people! FYI, I am not the only one having this issue with CTBikes, if you look at the other people's comments/reviews here on google review (refer to the low rating reviews) they are also having similar problem with CTBikes. So don't be their next victim!
