Excellent service but sad that Bosch windscreen wipers are not sold any more.

Getting told from one branch to check online if they have it in stock in another branch... says they do so get there to be told they don't and it is out of stock and will have order it in as only have ones on display which isn't stated.

Very good and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, got everything we needed.

Walking into the Oldham branch Saturday just less than 15 minutes before closing time, me and my husband walked past three members of staff at the front desk, one of which was quite loudly complaining about the time we had walked into the store to make a purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted and where in store it was and would have only been a few minutes. After hearing this disgusting show of customer service however, I decided not to make my purchase. I think some customer service training is needed Halfords, don't you? Your staff are obviously not concerned about customer retention. In our household alone we have 2 car drivers, 1 biker and 4 cyclists, which I spend a considerable amount of money on to keep these hobbies going. In future this money will be spent at independent stores, where I am sure they will be more grateful of us making purchases.
