Pentagon Oldham | SEAT and Motability

Had my Ateca over 2 years and still cannot fix the problem with Seat connect. I paid 75 in December so I could get connected through the app. Seat UK have said the faults which cause the infotainment system to stop working prevent the app pairing with the car. So not only do I have no sat navigation and radio I'm out of pocket as Seat connect refuse to refund. Sold a lemon thats barely 2 years old with 11000 miles on the clock. Poor show from Seat next car will be a kia sportage. And having to go to the motor ombudsman to get this sorted.

Thank you Jordan and Adam at Pentagon After buying many cars in my relatively short time driving, I fortunately had an opportunity to purchase an A5 off of Jordan at Pentagon Oldham. From the initial interaction, countless emails, phone calls, a deal was struck and within a week, the car was ready for me. Until he had mentioned it, I thought Jordan was a seasoned veteran, not relatively fresh working for the Pentagon group, but honestly give this man a raise. The ease of the sale was incredible, no pushing for extra products, and the mutual understanding was there from the get go. Jordan and his sales manager Adam were superb in their communication and continuous updates from the first email to the obligatory 'handover handshake'. Superb! Well worth the drive from Worcester (2.5 hrs)

From my wife Linda. I am thrilled to bits with my Ateca,I love it.(the wing mirror lights at night which display Hola have gone down a storm !) But on a personal note,I would like to thank you for making the whole experience a pleasant one. I popped in to Pentagon really just for a look, and was so impressed with your helpfulness,courtesy,efficiency,knowledge and humour which encouraged me to buy the car. Even after ordering the car,you respected my request not to be contacted until there was something to inform me,which I appreciate as I hate pointless contact which takes up your valuable time. Anyway,please pass on my sincere thanks for your great service to your manager,and I appreciated the follow up call the day after I drove the car away.
