        Not as friendly as when we first started visiting. Was rather annoyed yesterday to enter the disabled access to be met abruptly with that door should be locked its for disabled. Firstly, your mistake if the door wasnt locked but please note not all disabled people are in wheel chairs. Also really cold and never much choice left in cakes by 3.30. Extremely disappointed previously regular customer. Will not be visiting again.
