Terrible experience this evening. Went to look at buying a new car. After looking around for 30 minutes and being approached by no member of staff we went inside. Eventually we were sat with Gavin, who whilst serving us left to video another car, left to go to the bathroom, spoke to his son on the phone, left 6 times to speak to other customers - midway through a conversation. The other sales people didnt seem any less rude either. We walked out in disgust and wont be going back. Shockingly poor service.

Good people, good service until that final payment goes through. After that, they treat you like some kind of see you C U next Tuesday person. Contempt with a Capitol C. Zero rating zero stars from me. I'm not even a paying customer. This was a used van via my company. And they still extracted the urine with regard to solving the faults promptly and on time

Terrible service every time ive visited this branch, not even sure why i bothered going back but todays visit has been by far the worst. Passed around by the sales team, spoke to about 4 different sales representatives in the space of half an hour. When finally sat down with a sales rep i was spoken down to for some reason. Its as if the sales people at motor point would rather have you walk away than purchase from them compared to their competitors Arnold Clark down the road who keep you happy from the moment you walk in until you walk out regardless of the outcome of the visit. Then again cant expect much from a showroom stocking ex fleet cars!
