DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Within 6 months my car has packed up, automatic gearbox broke and water pump. Various areas corroded. Sold with full service of which was a lie, not on Audi records. Dealership offered to fix but hasnt Ive now been 4 months without a car. Contacted over and over excuse after excuse!! Its disgusting. Im now having to pay thousands to fix on top of paying the finance.

Got a car with them on finance. Called them to be promised they would fix it. Was left without a working car. Promises made by them, none of which were upheld. Car was faulty when first purchased. Do not get a car from them! Youve been warned.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Found a car through car finance 24/7 with this dealership. Continued delayed delivery, continued excuses, major lack of communication (told me today at 4pm the car will be delivered (following promises of sat,sun and Monday delivery), then decided to ring Car finance 24/7 at 3pm to tell them to tell me its not sorted). No confidence in this dealership whatsoever. They had the funds and didn't deliver. Car finance now unwinding the deal. Won't deal with these people ever again. My Dad lives in Wednesbury, not far from them. Could've had good things to say locally, but now I'll be warning people not to bother.
