Unfortunately cant leave zero stars!! Never use - brought a car from Autolink! Dodgy from the start .... sold us a car 21st March, paid for a year warranty, but warranty came through for only 3 months. Informed them straight away it was incorrect. Kept being fobbed off by previous sales guy, then the car had a fault! Went in to be told it's a different business (Autopace) & new owner Nick using a different warranty company, ..... the fault was supposedly fixed (for now), but the new owner has constantly fobbed us off for weeks about the warranty. Even said we could have our money back if we didnt recieve anything from warranty company. Still no email from any warranty company....now doesn't want to give the money back. Instead he sent an email today that he typed himself, saying we have a warranty but given us no official documents from the warranty company! Will be contacting C.A.B/trading standards asap. Be aware! 10/05/19 update - still chasing my refund, blame being put on Dan the previous sales guy, was told in an email last week by the manager I had a warranty with warrantypays - confirmed by them to be untrue. Latest email is - company do not want to deal with me & I can get my money back if I remove all social media comments. I haven't lied, I have proof of the lies told so I dont need to remove in my opinion, but will update when I have my money back! 14/05/19 update - someone named Carl rang asking for my review to be removed & they will give me a refund. When I stated I would update only, I was told I could be sued for leaving the review. Still no refund issued! 23/05/19 update - now the sales guy Karl & family member are even leaving reviews on Autopace on Google, just so they look better. How hilarious! 25/05/19 update - My partner text Nick to ask about the refund that we are still waiting for, as Karl was meant to ring me back but never did! His response was the same, reviews down money back...he even ended the text laughing at us when we told him we'd spoken to others who he'd conned! I have evidence of everything I've stated on here so will not be removing anything! 28/05/19 - Eventually recieved a refund from Autolink!

Placed a deposit down on a car but insurance was way to high after looking into it and they wouldnt give me my deposit bk !!!

Great Service. Bought myself a Corsa from here a few days ago and during the process I received nothing but genuine and honest service from Dan, Christina and the team. On the night I turned up to view the car I was running quite close to their closing time but they had no qualms with staying open a bit later for my arrival. Dan showed me around the car and answered all my questions with total transparency which I greatly appreciated as I wasn't planning on spending a small amount of money. After a short while I agreed to buying the car, put my deposit down and over the following day Dan had arranged for the car to be MOT'd before any final sale was made. There was only one issue with the car so Dan had it fixed at no extra cost to me which enabled the car to be sold to me with a brand new MOT and a 12 month guarantee to boot! Car is running like a dream and I'm confident in knowing that Dan and the team are there should I need any assistance in future. I can safely say that if I didn't think they were a genuine team then I would not have bought the car. Based on my experience I fully recommend them, and if you're reading this thinking that my review is too glowing, then read my previous reviews, I'm not shy to leave stinkers. Thanks Autolink for you support, One happy customer.
