Very poor experience. After an initial positive call and setup with some of the team at Stephens Mouldings. We proceeded to order a relatively low volume of Vac castings for a job. We were quoted 4 weeks. We waited for nearly 7-8 weeks with no communication and eventually received one part as a sample. On inspection of the part, we had a few quality issues we wanted rectified before the rest of the products were delivered to us. After raising this with them, they cancelled the job on us, promised us a refund however failed to pay us for 4-5 months despite multiple attempts at chasing or waiting for a response. Customer service over the phone was also pretty blunt and not helpful considering their mess up on this job. We wanted to branch out into the UK to bolster our vac casting suppliers, however, sadly I can't recommend them based on what we were provided. Not a good look for UK manufacture.

Second time they moulded our item they couldn't make it the same. Modified tool and it got worse. After 5 months took it elsewhere and they charged me a grand for tooling mods that never worked! Not the way for a reputable business to act imho.
