5 stars to this pharmacy, the woman are all freindly people, and go out their way to help you, never been dissapointed with them and have been picking my prescriptions up from here for the last 8 years. Some of the verbal abuse they get is uncalled for, they are only doing their job, people will moan about waiting for 10 mins for prescription, however they have to wait 3 weeks for a doctors telephone appointment. Dont blame the people that work here, blame the terrible service from the doctors next door

Horrible costumer service. When you have very very ill 3 years old child with high temperature for week and you need them to help with your prescription they very useless. They don't even give you a moment to explain and put phone down on you(I was very polite). Try to call again they won't pick up. Horrible

Booked online on the lloyds pharmacy appfor a free NHS Blood Pressure check at the oldbury pharmacy. Well I turned up only to be told sorry we have no record of your booking, after showing the member of staff my email with the booking time+date, she says well they do not inform us and we charge over 7 it is not free. Once again I showed her the app with the free blood pressure check on it , but to no avail as she did not av a clue. If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would have. So do not book an online appointment on the app because you will be waisting your time. I would rather wait for a free doctors appointment , from now on. Terrible Service

Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if it was the last one on earth. Only ever received one text alert in 2yrs to notify me that my prescriptions ready for collection so i always had lengthy waits calling to find out if my prescription is ready or not. I left and now use C.H.White pharmacy opposite which has relieved a lot of hassle as they always have my prescription in stock and lady at doctors told me that Lloyds very rarely have a good stock of people's meds so the surgery often have to send prescriptions to C.H.White Pharmacy over the road because they have far more suppliers than Lloyds and rarely run out of anything. This Lloyds also left me 5 days without any meds over the Jubilee which is why i would never recommend them in fact i don't know anyone happy with this Pharmacy. Use C.H.White pharmacy over the road for reliability they don't do tex alerts but they answer the phones quickly and are polite, always have my prescription ready on the day its due to be collected and most of all my meds are always in stock.
