However one of the technicians isn't as good as the other two . The older man always manages to cause pain and bleeding when doing my nails, and he dosent have the same attention to detail as the others.
His attitude is poor, he is rude, he rushes everything and he is too rough. Communication is difficult as his English isn't that great so he either ignores what I've asked him to do, or gets annoyed.
Because of his poor attitude and lack of customer service skills, I won't be returning. There are plenty of nail shops to choose from. I'll go where I get a better overall service and experience.
Also the shop could do with a revamp , looks dated.
