Junction 2 Van Sales Ltd

Shocking. Bought a van, had faults, then more faults, fobs you off with excuses, then when engine fault came up and we returned the van as this was the 10th fault, he took a 1 off for every mile we had done and took a 50 valeting fee off us, wasn't very happy that he had to give us a refund and found any excuse yo deduct money off. Wouldn't buy a van from here again. His wife then turned up who was unprofessional as we was explaining we wasn't happy with the money he was taking off and his wife said let's just get this done we don't need the headache, our solicitors are now dealing with it to get the rest of the money back that they had no right keeping.

Fantastic experience here recently purchased a van and not the typical pushy sales team at all. Once I arrived at the premises I was welcomed by the members of staff and they were straight to the point and helped me with all the things to get me moving in no time with the van. The guys really care about you as a customer and the whole experience was fantastic would absolutely recommend and deal with again.

Brought a van from these guys, was promised a service book and spare key within a week. Over a year has passed and after numerous phone calls just been fobbed off. Also poor spray job with no undercoat, I would not recommend

Very reliable service. Have been pleased with Junction 2 Vans as have a couple of my friends who I recommended. Its hard to find a reliable and honest broker in vehicle sales these days, but these guys have been spot on for that and also aftercare too. Recommended.
