This place is a joke given someone else depot sent to have bloods at sandwell returned expecting to be given my next depot and was left waiting 45 minutes in waiting room to be told I couldn't have my depot because bloods not returned. This should not happen it seems my mental health not of importance

Absolutely awful!!! I saw psychiatrist who put me on Prozac he saw me twice then discharged me and wouldnt see me again.. I was so ill and all I had was a phone number to talk to someone from the Well being (pointless) 8 wks of absolute hell with no help, disgusting!! then saw another psychiatrist at Hallam Hospital who told me the meds wasnt working had to change them she diagnosed me with Complex PTSD, Clinical Depression, Anxiety and Panic Disorder..I am still waiting for talking therapy! So I would say avoid they are useless
