Amazed this company have so many positive reviews. My experience was stressful and very disappointing. Maybe they are ok for local simple jobs and give a good first impression by taking shoes off whilst estimating etc. It ended there in our experience. Instructions and warnings re possible issues with access at the new property were advised of by email and telephone conversation in advance more than once, and we were assured that they had lots of different vehicles and all would be ok. This was obviously not taken into consideration, and the job could not be completed, the lorry had to return to the yard in the Midlands with half of the furniture and be delivered in a smaller van - at additional cost to us days later. Unfortunately the men that got the return trip were less than interested and did not complete the rebuild of some items as they had, by then lost interest and wanted to get back to the Midlands. Screws and fittings for the items they did not rebuild are all mixed up and causing more stress. On initial moving day, when we contacted the boss, as the job could not be completed, he was more than happy to quote small print justifying them not completing the job, however this seemed very unfair as we had reiterated more than once that the entry may prove difficult for a big lorry. He simply was not interested and sadly dismissive of the terrible situation we found ourselves in. I would suggest you do not pay the full amount in advance until the job is complete. In my opinion, they are charlatans. My friend is still very upset and her moving experience was ruined by lack of preparation and empathy on the part of this company.
