I had no problems getting new tyres and found the service to be good. However the technician tightened my wheels so tightly that I couldn't get the nuts off and it broke my nut key. Absolutely criminal and out of order

Since halfords have taken over tyres on the drive the service is appalling. They don't do the jobs you pay for and leave them half finished and lie about the quality of their work. When you try to get them back out to fix it the hub managers ignore you and refuse to respond. The call staff are ok but I feel like I haven't bad any meaningful results and im extremely upset by the whole ordeal I feel like I've been scammed .

Technician never turned up. No call or communication from Halfords to explain why. Had to chase up the following day as operators were closed at the appointment time. Halfords said they didnt know why the technician didnt turn up and that the earliest they could get someone to me was 3 days time. Apparently thats their emergency serviceHalfords refused to try and sort any sooner. Called a local company and they were with me within 2 hours on a Sunday.

Need check the guy if valves change and do balance otherwise an additional cost it was in my case, he did not change the valves and the balance was poor I have to do on the road
