Very disappointed with the 8 seater wentworth cube set. The set was not cheap and was only a few years old. The wicker under the glass on the table has all cracked and broken. I contacted Royal craft about it and to be honest it was a waste of time. Although sympathetic they were not interested in replacing it or offering any discount on a new one because of the issue. My feeling is that the weave was too tight putting too much stress on it as the chairs (at this moment in time) are not showing the same problems. My advise would be to avoid Royal craft unless you want to be replacing your nice new patio set every couple of years. Just to add to this. I have been contacted by the manager of this company although he neglected to put his name on the email regarding what they call my dishonest review and they have threatened legal action. They have said they are going to try to get google to take down my review. I have written proof to back up what I have written. Although on the opening page of their web site says in large print up to 5 year warranty you have to go to the small print to find out that it doesnt cover the weave which is the main part of the set. They have also blamed the damage on the sun lol. The latest email basically says. You didnt buy it direct from us so its nothing to do with them. You have to make your own mind up about dealing with this company but I certainly wont be.

Fast delivery and amazing customer service. Set was exactly what we were looking for in our garden and fits our patio perfectly. I would definitely recommend Royalcraft to my family and friends!
