Energy Bulbs

Invoice EB-072188 (05.01.2023). Item delivery was prompt and well packed, but only one of two ordered items had been shipped. Big On Electricals phone lines are out of order, and email bounced with mailbox full message. Conditions state that delivery problems must be notified within 24 hours but this is impossible. I don't need this hassle... I reccomend anyone reading this look to purchase elsewhere.

I bought the dehumidifier on November 18 and I haven't received it yet, although I got a message that the package will be delivered on December 10 and I'm still waiting. I paid extra money for Saturday delivery, probably unnecessarily. I wrote to them probably 18 e-mails and they wrote back probably 2 I do not recommend this company for me they are scammers and so they do not treat customers seriously I'm waiting a few more days and I will have to cancel the order and buy somewhere else not only they sell it. A warning to others

I ordered a dehumidifier on the 6th of November to be deliveredweek commencing the 11th. I am still waiting. Their phone lines have been out of order as long as I have been trying to chase up my order, their online chat tool is not answered, and they do not respond to emails. I have no way of contacting them whilst they have my money. I would suggest to go somewhere else for your purchases.

Paid a bomb for next day delivery so I got my lights in time for my electrician visit and they didnt come nor is there any shipping info, livid
