Rubbish service. After seeing a property on zoopla managed by open house bearwood, i contacted the number on the advert, this was for the head office, they requested a call back between 1pm-2pm on the 4th Dec, 2pm came and gone no callback, so i called the number again was given the branch number. i called the branch was told cant put me through to anyone will need to request a cal back. this was repeated 3 times later that day. at 7pm i called the head office again they said they will raise a concern with the branch and get them to call me first thing in the morning of the 5th dec. I left it until 2pm on the 5th still no phone call. so i phoned back to the branch again. yet again I was promised a call back and still i have not received even an email of apology or a missed call. Like i said to the lady at head office, I was looking at renting a property from you, but not even receiving a call back doesn't give me much faith or confidence to do so.
