        DPD must be one of, if not THE, worst companies to work for. Absolutely no planning whatsoever, everything is always last minute and chaos. Parcels thrown around and damaged like people get commission for the amount they smash up, management always live in constant reactive mode, never proactive. Management speak to certain people like absolute trash, never to me personally but I witnessed it on a daily basis. Misogamy and racism rife and a lot of the time lead by managers. Utterly appalled at some of the things I witnessed, no care and consideration for staff whatsoever with minimal health and safety in place, no risk assessments as far as I could see and very poor communication regarding anything related with the company or career prospects.
