I had no idea what to do with two watches which I had inherited and which were not running. Lance provided an estimate for the restoration of the watches. He then restored them to what looks like original condition and provided a valuation for insurance purposes. I was very impressed by a very professional service in which I was kept fully informed throughout.

My Omega seamaster planet ocean professional started to run slow, then stopped altogether. Dropped it off to Lance, who serviced it and got it back to working condition within a week. Great work by a great bloke. Highly recommended.

Lance has done a few repairs on behalf of a friend. Hes a great guy - really friendly and knowledgeable. Responds in a timely manner and is easily contactable on WhatsApp. The repairs have included straps, clasps and movements so a wide range of work. Mostly notably, Lance was able to source and replace a movement that the manufacturer couldnt even replace! Cannot fault his service. If you need a watch repaired, make him your go to!

He is meticulous and highly skilled and also offers sound advice on options and alternatives. I am definitely going to use him again and he is now my go-to individual for anything to do with watches.
