LED Bulbs

Absolutely poor customer service. They mention on their website the LED's come with a 5 year warranty but when you have an issue with them they deny it's faulty and then ask you to pay for the return. Oh yeah, they don't answer their phone either after 10 attempts on various days.

Absolutely shocking service. Item (which I paid next day delivery on) is now well over a week overdue. The only communication I've had is to say they'll let me know when they know when I'll receive it. I've asked for a refund for the item twice with no reply. Communication is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Took my money straight away then the service is no where to be seen. Phone lines (if they even exist and aren't just an answering machine message) are down and I'd assume they are purposely down.

Impossible to get hold of customer service to try and process a return. This company consistently scores poorly amongst others for customer service. I will not use them again. Kiran, please let me know how to contact you? I sent an email with my order number on the 14th Nov. My order number is LB-0165959 Please get back to me asap

Bulbs packaged well & swapped to a lower watt option. Great help and great service :)

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I ordered bulbs from here and paid for next day delivery (5.95), I ordered before the 3pm cut off and recevied an email stating my order had been shipped via DPD. When checking tracking the next day DPD hadnt received the parcel and my order had not been shipped. I tried calling the office and even emailed, no response at all. I am now going through my credit card company to charge back the order as I didnt receive the services I paid for. Customer service is non existent AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
