        Absolutely disgusting customer service here, do not buy anything from them. They have a phone number that they never answer, Facebook they never respond, even though they have seen the message, email takes them forever to respond and when they do eventually respond, they can not be bothered to try and assist in anyway at all. I will not be buying anything from them and will warn everyone to stay well clear.

        Just wanted to write a review to say what fantastic service I've had from SUP.co.uk. Ordered a Jobe paddleboard cover in June which I was given tracking numbers for and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, had an issue with the zip on the bag recently so emailed these guys and they've been incredibly helpful and sorted the issue for me. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

        Great service. I have bought three boards over the last month, quick delivery and really helpful. I had to call today as I had made an error with my order and only ordered a board and not a package. Couldnt have been more helpful and sorted out no problem.
