Key Clamp Store

Nightmare Experience While most other web sites calculate the shipping cost at checkout this is not the case with KeyClamp Store. Instead, while waiting for delivery an e-mail is sent asking for more money to complete the order. By this stage my original payment has long ago been accepted. It is now sitting nicely in Gary Rawle's account as the director of the company. So now I have the nightmare of trying to get my money back after doing nothing wrong. I had to escalate this up through the different stages with PayPal to get a refund. I will not be dealing with Gary Rawle of Pegasus Industrial Services Limited, also known as KeyClamp Store again.

I enquired about a custom order and KCS were very helpful, responded within the same day with a cost and the order was delivered in the same lead time as a standard order from their site. Would highly recommend. If you're looking for something a little different these are the guys for it.

Very impressed by all dealings with this store. They were prompt, helpful and really friendly. The Key Clamp Table / Desk Frame Kit - Style 2 that I chose looks fantastic - especially since I opted for black-painted tubes. I've added a thick oak top, got elsewhere. It is of course incredibly rigid, but also provides the opportunity to add further sections - since it is scaffolding. My desk is for the purpose of filming/recording, so I've added upright posts and a cross beam from which to hang lights and cameras. I anticipate designing further similar structures and look forward to dealing with Key Clamp Store again.
