        The telephone service is absolutely useless Ive just spent two hours going from number to Number. U cant speak to anyone its all computer and your buggered if you havent got one

        Lovely light and airy place, recently refurbished with good facilities and extremely nice staff

        they all cover for each other phone them up and you can bet the person you need to speak to are on annual leave (they say that when they have put you on hold and the person does not want to speak ) if you are english and cant play the race card you got no chance getting any help off these liars ,lazy ,arrogant people catch them out lying time after time

        Atrocious. By the time I get to speak to anyone Im so frustrated I dont even remember what the issue is with that stupid automated phone service. The mysandwell account is useless it takes god know how long to action any request. I dont know where to go with this council at all
