        Paid for next day delivery and 6days later still no valve. So we had buy one locally and cancel order. Hydravalve refused to refund us claiming 2-3days delivery, (even though it clearly stated 'next day'). Notwithstanding that it's been 6days but they still refuse to refund order. Terrible, terrible service and appalling attitude if you cancel.
