        Im in a wheelchair lived here for 4 years in that time my hot water tank has leaked through my roof in the kitchen twice i have 3 kids and no one willing to help since it is obviously poor workmanship and faulty products installed they cant say they arent faulty since after living here a year i had a letter of heatco about a recall on it and to replace sealing rings dont buy through morris homes

        My house is fine and is 6 years old, a couple of plumbing issues due to very poor workmanship but overall its been good. The biggest problem is the false promises on finishing the roads, I've been told on several occasions over the years that they will be done in 6 months, 9 months etc with nothing being done other than walking around around in a visivest with a clipboard spraying little blue lines on kerbs tones and it seems this is a trend that Morris are famous for at other sites. The site management company that look after the grounds are a disgrace and I would like to know if others are having any issues with them.
