Absolutely fantastic, we purchased a used forklift with 3 months warranty, cracking forklift and very reasonable price. The service is as good as it gets, had a couple of small problems which is to be expected with a used item. Where this company stands out is without question or hesitation they had a guy round within an hour of a phone call to fix the issue. Mark is a man of his word and all the staff are spot on and really easy to deal with, I will not hesitate to purchase from these again and recommend West Mercia Fork Trucks 100%.
