        This company does not even deserve a star. I phoned up and booked appointment, they came to my house and checked the problem which took less than 10 minutes, when they were about to go, they asked for 40 call out charges, I argued as they did not mention anything about the call out charges over the phone. I spoken to the main person on the phone and he was saying everyone asks for call out charges which he is absolute wrong about. He gave me his bank details and said transfer the 40, its been 3 weeks, I have NOT given him the 40 quid and he has not phoned back atall. He knew I was in the right. Such a fraud company. If someone wants call out charges they mention it over the phone!!.

        Called a week in advance to get some electrical work done on my house. Called multiple times day before to confirm booking and avoided my calls. Electrician was a no show. Absolute time waster. Avoid at all costs
