        Upon collecting my parcel the old lady was very rude. Omg She asked me for Id on top of me showing her my click a collect receipt made me feel like a thief by saying I could be anyone. Iv collected parcels before from here the young guy has never asked for Id just the receipt barcode but the old lady said that her system is asking for id well same system never asked last week nor did your son when I collected. The young guy is nice the older women is rude nope wont be visiting again.
