        Omar was very helpful. I got a call withing 5mins of booking my slot online to confirm appointment and docs I needed to bring. Very quick smooth process. Excellent customer service. Fair price on car. Would definitely use this place again.

        Very straightforward experience with high level of customer service throughout. Mo, at the Oldbury branch is a credit to the company. Polite, friendly and highly professional. The offer I received by email was fair, realistic and the highest I received. It was also easily honoured and upheld without question which was very reassuring. The whole experience was a breeze and highly convenient. Couldnt be any easier. Amazing really. Very happy with the process and would highly recommend.

        Was quoted a fair price on the Sunday and advised the price was valid for 4 days. Went back on the Tuesday and another employee looked at me car and marked it down by 1,000. Load 1,000 value in 2 days worst company trying to rip people off. How 2 members of staff can value at such a difference is beyond me.
