        Ordered a fresh cream cake last Saturday. Was very soggy at the base and between the layers. Looked like it had water poured over it. None of our guests liked it at all and it went in the bin. Very disgusting and very disappointed! I normally buy from the Smethwick branch and never had a problem with their cakes over the years
