I cannot thank diamond buses enough. My husband was a driver for diamond buses and he passed away on 16th February. The bus company provided a free bus to the cemetery for us. With the words Trevor, Heaven , as the destination. Thank you.

I leave this one star review as was denied use of my concessionary pass this morning and subsequently had to walk all the way home. Haven't had this problem before but was trying to catch the 002 at 7:28 at the bottom of drews Holloway going onto merry hill, can't remember the drivers name. But have a concessionary pass due to my disability so can pay for a twirlybird ticket as was before 9:30am from which it's free for me to travel. Anyway this driver wouldn't except this and subsequently I felt forced off of the bus and feel really let down by what was the only bus to catch, due to the strikes by West Midlands travel at the time.

Waited for 57 bus this morning for half an hour for it not to arrive .told by man on telephone driver rang in sick . Very annoyed with attitude from him sarcastic and rude he said if I had app on my phone it tells me if bus is coming .I didnt know about app .he told me his family members 90 years of age has got the app . Thanks for making me late for work .soaking trousers coat and brolly cold and very annoyed .suggestion to company give your drivers a time to phone in sick giving you time to replace that driver .so customers dont have to be In dark waiting .without app on phone .customer service skills need attention asap .
