        The younger staff are brilliant here. Unfortunately, there's an older lady who is absolutely miserable. (Wears glasses). Caught her saying a derogatory comment about a customer whom she finished dealing with and was walking out. Always looking for shortcuts to do less work. Rude in demeanour and speaking. If you don't like people stop working in an environment that is customer facing. Will take note of her name next time I visit.

        Outstanding staff. Helpful, polite and friendly. Well laid out bank - plenty of space and privacy. Staff are really first class!
