Air Con Centre

Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a timer. They sent a flood light! And when delivered the box was opened! I sent the item back waited ages no one contacted me. You have to contact them, "oh yes we have received it" but failed to let me know. Their processes are so long winded, in short, placed an order 6th April got refund on the 20th April and this is with me chasing. EXHAUSTED

Do not order from them. Unless you want the headache of receiving a faulty air con unit and not being able to send it back. Also, you get the joy of wasting multiple days waiting for Tufnell, who never arrive, to collect the faulty unit. Then asking aircon centre to use another courier, only to have Tufnell turn up the following day after DPD asking for a unit they were meant to collect over a week prior to that day. I would never buy from Air Con Centre again and would advise all to stay clear. I believe all this could possibly have been avoided, if they had an option to not have Tufnell involved in any way shape or form with my delivery, as I believe they damaged the unit in the first place.

I have purchased a dimplex hot and cool fan from them on 3/Feb, I pay via Topcashback and paid by debit card, the 189.95 was transacted successfully, however the system doesnt generate a confirmation code and tracking info to me, I tried to call hotline, and the hotline sounds a fake one, nobody answers and it will be cut automatically. I email them and no response at all. I have no idea what to do and believe it is unreachable as I asked HSBC debit card to call and they also failed to reach them. As such, I believe I have been cheated

Re: ORDER AC-092473 Order placed and confirmed 28/1/23, with 3-5 day delivery estimate. As of 7/2/23 it hasn`t arrived. There is no tracking information provided, which leads me to suspect that it hasn`t been dispatched. Frustratingly, I have repeatedly tried to ring them but their telephone is not answered. I would like an order update from the company or, if his is not possible, a full refund. Based on my experience to date I can only give a one star rating, whether this changes will be dependent on the company`s response. The company responded promptly to the above review and a replacement was quickly dispatched. However, the item was not the subject of a pre-order, in fact the company confirmed that the item had been dispatched on 29/1/23 but mislaid by DPD. Notwithstanding this confusion, I would buy from this company again.

I wish Id read the reviews before placing my order. I ordered a couple of Rointe radiators. They arrived quickly but are clearly repackage and when I opened the boxes they were damaged, the anti-tamper labels were torn. Called immediately but no answer on customer service and repeated call abandonment, emailed and no answer. Eventually got through on a call and rejected them. Items collected next day by courier and Im still waiting for the refund. When I chase for the refund Im advised I have to track the packages and then wait 10 days for a refund. Today is day 13 and no refund or contact. AVOID.
