I attend Hannahs bootcamp on a Wednesday evening, excellent class. She encourages to push yourself harder. Very friendly and an enjoyable class to be in. Would highly recommend it to people.

Mike guided me to my optimum weight and shape for my wedding in the summer with interesting and varied workouts. His advice on diet and nutrition were also really valuable whilst being realistic. I enjoyed it so much that I have continued training post wedding to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I would highly recommend training with Mike and also doing Hannahs boot camp sessions in conjunction with the training, her sessions help shift the last few stubborn pounds.

Great trainers ! Would thoroughly recommend Mike to any one who is looking to improve Fitness and overall health! Mike always keeps my routines interesting making good use of his equipment! Excellent trainers with a great knowledge of the anatomy, physical exercise and nutrition. I am nearly 70 and with 2 artificial hips and 1 artificial knee and they manage to keep me going, so that I can cycle, ski and umpire hockey matches, not at the same time of course!! I would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Mike and Hannah!

My wife and myself went to Mike to get motivation to help us get fit and shed a few pounds, Mike has a great way of getting you focused on your end gaols without you realising it! My wife and myself have different fitness abilities and strengths,but Mike has tailored sessions in the gym that we can both get the most from ,whilst pushing us both to our limits and ultimately to our goals. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutritional information, But most of all he will not judge you the first time you walk through his door , he will meet you with guidance and support to help you reach your goals
