I have worked for Home Instead for over 6 years now and could not imagine working anywhere else. From Admin/ CAREGiver to Registered Manager and Head of Operations its been one incredible journey. Its so nice to work for a company where everyone is striving for the same thingto Enrich the lives of those we support, to enable independence and to bring about smiles and laughs all day - every day, by working together. I have worked for home instead for 2 months. In the short amount of time I have been a part of the team I couldn't be more proud to work for such an amazing caring team. Everyone is so friendly and Do a fantastic job caring for the community. I am extremely proud to now be a part of that team. 100% recommended.

I am so proud to be in this amazing team of people. I left the care industry years ago because I genuinely believed every company was the same , none of them had time for clients or staff and I felt like my hands were constantly tied and I was unable to help people. Home Instead popped up on my Facebook page and I thought this cant be true. I thought it would be like all the others, broken promises and no time with clients. How wrong was I!? You get time to be with your client, give them the best level of care and also time to build a relationship. You have your own clients so that you can get to know each other and it helps you provide the best care possible. Literally overwhelming to be part of something so amazing. We are simply the best and nobody compares to what we do. Weve had a tough 12 months with COVID but I am amazed how everyone has pulled together as a team. I genuinely cannot think of a better place to work. Thank you all for letting me be part of this amazing journey. We really are changing the face of care together.
