During the first visit Alistair took the time to fully review my situation, running through the history and details of what had occurred in the past 9 years. Alistair then explained what was likely to have happened - the disc injury being fully healed, but the muscles and joints not ever readjusted etc., and what the course of treatment would be and how long this may take. Alistair had advised that there was quite a bit of work to be done as my back had quite a lot going on that needed to be resolved, but after that first visit it felt like I had been given back 15years. I could instantly move more freely, the pain in my legs and numbness in my feet vanished, and thanks to a rib being re-positioned, I could breathe like I hadnt in ages. As we ran through the treatment programme I progressed better than expected. Alistair adjusted the timescale and reduced the number of visits, where he could have just kept on having me come back for the number we thought Id have to have had. Alistairs philosophy is to get you back to health as quickly as possible and not to needlessly draw out any treatment plan and take your money. I completely and utterly trust Alistair because of this, along with the proven results I have experienced. I have written this review as I have recently re-visited Alistair for an MOT, which was of my own instigation after a gap of 18-months. Alistairs practice is modern, private and immaculacy maintained my initial treatment saw various stages of COVID restrictions, and the same level of hygiene and cleanliness remains. The temperature is always just right and the general environment makes you feel at ease. Alistair is an easy person to get along with generally and his professional conduct is without fault. If you are reading this review and you remain in two minds, I urge you to contact Alistair and have a session with him. I was in that position once and I am so glad I made the choice I did.

I have seen Alistair for many years and he has got me out of a couple of nasty back / muscle issues. I highly recommend him to many of my friends and colleagues and they give me the same feedback. I have seen a number of osteopaths during my travels and working in different places, Alistair's skills and expertise stand out.

Professional caring and knowledgeable Alistair tries hard also to accommodate you for urgent appointments as soon as he can. He does not push his service if he doesn't think you need it or will benefit from it but he is very skilled and can diagnose and treat the areas using a holistic approach. I am more than happy to recommend his services.

I have been with Alistair since over 5 years now and everytime I have any problems and slightly unseated rib and any muscular issues he treated me with satisfaction after each sessions.. Its like the stabbing pain that has been agonising me for quite a while its just like miracles disappeared afterwards. I would never go anywhere.. He is very professional and very skilled and recommended him as well to my friends and colleague's. Highly recommended for his service.

I have been going to Alastair for over 13 years now. He fixed an old skiing injury to the point where I have not needed a knee support since his treatment. Most recently I saw him for a hip niggling pain. He put it right in one session. He is by far the best in his field and I wouldnt go to anyone else.
