        Weve delayed reviewing in the hopes things would improve however our experience hasnt been great. Our toddler has been here for about 11 months. While credit is due to the lovely women working in the classes on a day to day basis, weve struggled greatly with reliability and a consistent, reasonable application of the wellbeing policy in toddlers moving through huge physical developments. Regular phone calls requiring our child to be collected for raised temperatures that have failed to match the three different thermometers we own (calibrated with our GP) has certainly affected our trust in the administration. The continual stress of attempting to perform work duties while waiting for the phone to ring makes the considerable cost of daycare somewhat void. A disappointing experience but certainly not an unfamiliar story with parents managing unreliable daycare services.
