Nicole and her team are lovely! The properties they rent are all maintained very well, almost brand new. The entire process of renting was seamless and they helped me find a replacement tenant in no time with no extra cost whatsoever! 10/10 will recommend.

Highly recommended. Very helpful team specially Nicole who kept us updated through out the renting process and accommodated our requests in the contract. our move was very smooth and we even received a very thoughtful gift pack on our move in. Nicole helped us sort out some initial small issues very promptly. Our stay remained comfortable and when we were moving out there were no issues. Would be very happy to do business them in future as well.

Barratt Sales and Letting are wonderful. I've lived in two of their properties and have always been happy with them. They are nicely decorated and maintained throughout.
