We were trying to buy a house they had listed, they were late, never unswered their phones (even "emergency line") and didn't even turn up to a viewing one day! Seems like it's run by ametures. Glad we won't have to deal with them again!

We sold completed Dec 2020. Outstanding service from start to finish. Couldnt recommend Nimi and Catriona highly enough. We had listed our property numerous times over the past few years with various estate agents, namely chains. The service we received from Redwoods was amazing compared to the dreadful service from the chain agencies. Redwoods is run by Nimi and Catriona so they really care, and are so dedicated to selling your property and making you happy. The larger chains dont care. They have high staff turnover and lose interest if your property doesnt sell itself after the first 6 weeks. This isnt the case with Redwoods. They make it a mission. We were very very happy with the service we received, and would never use anyone else again in the future. We also saw how Nimi helped both ourselves and our buyer with our solicitors which were painfully slow and uncommunicative. Nimi didnt stop right till completion. These ladies work their socks off, its their business so they really care, and work all hours to keep you happy. Dont use anyone else - seriously !!!
